A NEW SEASON FOR FAMILIES IN THE WORD May 02, 2024 / Janice Sou therland Yes, it’s been a while since my last post. I’m still learning to entrust myself to Him. Practically, I am seeking to Be Still. And to know - in my mind and my heart - that He truly is God; King of the universe! I am filled with gratitude for the privilege of being a wife, mom, teacher, and writer; able to know God firsthand through His Word and share with others how to do the same – pure JOY! The last 11 years, my Abba has walked me through layers of grief, loss, aloneness, and a deepening awareness of His Presence and His Peace – regardless of my circumstances or feelings. Much of my “knowing” gradually transformed into certainty that God’s rock-solid character never, never changes. Part of God’s essence is that He blesses us to be a blessing. After a winter season of dormancy in writing, He is now opening opportunities to overflow His blessings in new ways! ...
